System Configuration

8. System Configuration

8.1 Country Restrictions 

You can remove the registration country region from the backend (this restriction is based on user’s registered country code). Please contact our customer service if requires IP restrictions. 

  1. Membership Management > Country Administration > Click on the pen icon. 
  2. Change the country status from available to unavailable and click Save.

8.2 Upload Android APK to BOSS backend system

  1. Content Management > App Related > Version Management.
  2. Click the + button and then fill in the following:

Important : (if any new version is released, for example current version is 1.0.0 and if

Tinytrader provides a new version 1.0.1 then just edit on the current settings from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1, any new update should follow this process)

You are required to add for each languages. 

For the “Forced Upgrade” option, there are 3 options.

  • Forced Upgrade (users won’t be able to use application until they upgrade the
  • application)
  • Do not remind means users don’t need to update the application and will not give a prompt to users that there is a new version, unless users click on the app
  • Just remind to upgrade means there will be a prompt to users to upgrade or keep using the application.
  1. Once added the new version, go to Content Management—APP Related—APP download address– click + button.

For the category, please choose “Android download address”

For the link, please fill in your own exchange name. For example: https://www.proptrading/download

  1. After completing the operation, click the middle button to upload the file. Once uploaded, please wait patiently until a success prompt appears at the bottom right.

8.3 Coin Management

It’s advice that change only the withdrawal fees here. However, if the exchange prefers, you can also customize the configuration.

  1. Assets Management > Coin Management

You can change all the token settings here, such as: the minimum deposit amount, maximum deposit amount, deposit fee and more. 

8.3.1 Removing Token

  1. Change the coin status to Prohibited > Confirm.
  1. Please remember to click on Refresh Cache to update.

8.4 Task Management

  1. Order Futures> Task Management. 

We have many mission ready by default, you can just simply edit the details and go live. 

*Please note that the rewards here are all in bonus; users are unable to withdraw the bonus, they can only withdraw the profit from the bonus trading. 

8.5 Role Management 

8.5.1 Create Role Permissions

  1. Click on User Rights > Role Management > + button. 
  2. Fill in the role details and click Save. Role name and code are for internal references. You can set role access, for example, like finance, operations, and customer service.

  3. Edit the role access permission by clicking the permissions button here.

  4. Select the specific role access to this role and click Save. 

8.5.2 Create Access Account

  1. *Please provide the operation static IP to the tech to whitelist before accessing the backend. 
  2. Click on User Rights > Users > + button.

  3. Fill in the account details, choose the role, and click on Generate to bind the Google Authenticator QR code with his/her device. GA code is required when logging. 

*These 4 fields must be the same username or email, otherwise it will show an error message. 

  1. Once it’s saved, click on the key button to set the password. 
  1. Set the login password and click Save. Provide the username and password for the operator to log in. 

9. Content Management

9.1 Upload Website Banner and Pop-Up Banner.

  1. Please go to Content Management > Website banner Management and click the + button on the top left corner.
  1. Edit the banner details.
  • Sort: Order number of the banner.
  • Title: Banner title, this will show on the rolling banner.
  • Summary: Banner summary.
  • APP Picture: It’s required to upload banner images for both iOS and Android.
  • Link Address: URL where users will be directed when clicking the banner.
  • Publish Time & Deadline: Set the start and end time for the banner display.
  • Platform: Always select PC (do not change this setting).
  • Language: Select the target language for the banner. *If the exchange has multiple languages, please upload it separately. 
  • Picture: Referring to (PC) banner image.
    • APP Picture = Mobile; Picture = PC/Website.
    • You must upload all required PC and APP images within one banner setup. Do not upload multiple banners at once, as this will cause conflicts.
  • Status: Select (Published).

  • Home Page Banner
      • PC Banner: 1056 × 360 px
      • APP Banner: 752 × 400 px
  • Format: JPG & PNG

Splash screen ads

    • Pop-up Banner:
      • PC: 873 × 537 px
      • APP: 540 × 784 px
  • Format: JPG & PNG

9.2 Set up Customer Service and Footer Menu 

  1. Please go to Content Management > Udesk Link
  1. Choose if you want to configure for “Customer Service” or any other pages on the footer menu. 

Step 3:

It is mandatory to upload for both app and website separately and must choose status as

“open” and save the settings.

*You are required to upload for each language and each platform.
